PROCEDURE STATEMENT
Recruitall’s standard policies and procedures for sourcing, screening,
and selecting candidates are described in this document. Recruitall maintains
the highest level of professionalism and ethics during each recruitment
search.
PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY SEARCH
Recruitall is a full service agency, providing Permanent and Contract
search and Temporary payroll services.
Privacy Policy
Recruitall is compliant with current legislation regarding The Personal
Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, (PIPEDA).
Under PIPEDA, both candidate and client information gathered must be:
· Collected with consent and for a reasonable purpose
· Used and disclosed for the limited purpose for which it was collected.
· Accurate
· Accessible for inspection and correction
· Stored securely
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES:
Search Procedures:
The following is a description of our typical search procedures.
Upon client request, such as in the case of a confidential search or limiting
client exposure to the employment marketplace, Recruitall will customize
the search procedures to suit the best interests of the client. Recruitall
reserves the right to refuse search procedures that are deemed non-compliant
to PIPEDA, or unethical.
After we have completed our requirements assessment process, we will
follow 4 basic steps:
- Internal database search; our regularly updated internal candidate
database consists of Executive, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technical,
Operations and Administrative.
- Internet resume search; we maintain on-line accounts, having full
access to +100,000 candidates.
- Direct resourcing. We recognize that the best candidates are often
not seeking employment and are often employed at the time we seek them.
These candidates are interested in career opportunities as opposed to
employment, and as such, we will Direct Recruit these
candidates, working within PIPEDA’s guidelines.
- Advertising; as required using print media, Internet postings.
CLIENT IDENTITY DISCLOSURE:
Unless otherwise directed by our client, our standard procedure is to
disclose our client’s identity only after our candidate has been
interviewed and validated as viable for the position. We will conduct
confidential searches upon request. These searches are provided at slightly
higher fee.
SELECTION PROCESS:
We start with a thorough discussion of your requirements, including a
complete description of the duties to be performed and the human factors
involved.
How we proceed:
The steps through which we conduct our recruitment function are thorough
and uncompromising.
Each and every candidate goes through an extensive interview process
including technical and behavioral procedures. We will not present candidates
who we cannot endorse.
A. Discovery
An initial meeting at your office provides a foundation for discovery.
A senior Recruitall Executive Consultant conducts a needs analysis and
assists in the development of a job description. Our recruitment strategy
is introduced and recommendations are made on methods for identifying
ideal candidates. Before the search process begins, we study your market
and competitors to ensure a solid understanding of your business. Expectations
are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
B. Search
We begin the search using our broad network to identify prominent
industry players. Appropriate candidates are directly contacted to determine
interest and suitability while maintaining your company’s confidentiality.
The most qualified candidates are revealed through a scrupulous screening
process involving in-depth interviews and behavioral profile assessments.
Our unique profiling system exposes each finalist candidate’s professional
management style and behaviour, enabling us to determine a proper fit
for you and your organization.
C. Select
At the conclusion of each interview, we debrief with both parties
to ensure expectations are being met. Once a suitable candidate is selected,
we check references and facilitate the negotiation process by helping
you develop, extend and obtain acceptance of an offer. We conclude the
process by advising runner-up candidates of their status in a cordial
and professional manner.
Follow Up Procedures:
Upon completion of a search we will continue to be available for any
follow up that is required.
Consultants will follow up with clients for interview feedback, positive
and negative. On-going contact and communication is imperative to ensure
that the best candidates are presented and that they possess the most
appropriate skill set and fit.
