Commitment to Privacy
Recruitall respects the privacy of our employees, our suppliers and our
clients and ensures that the personal information we collect about, or
on behalf of, the aforementioned remains secure and protected. In order
to operate effectively there are times where personal information must
be shared with an interested third party. In such circumstances, Recruitall
will not release any personal information without first advising of its
intended use and obtaining the permission to do so from the affected individual.
Our policy is designed to meet or exceed the requirements of Canadian
Provincial privacy law and the on-set of this legislation will not chance
the way Recruitall operates. We have always maintained the Privacy of
the people we deal with and will continue to do so under the guidelines
of the Privacy legislation. We are committed to constant self-evaluation
of our practices and procedures and to maintaining the highest standard
in this regard.
To confirm our commitment to privacy, Recruitall has appointed a qualified
member of our senior management team as the Privacy Officer. The Privacy
Officer is available to offer more information on our practices and policy,
to ensure compliance by everyone at Recruitall and to rectify and complaints.

Recruitall makes the following commitments:
o We will only collect the personal information necessary
to ensure we can adequately serve you.
o We will keep all of the personal information collected
confidential and secure as is appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
o We will not collect, use or disclose personal information
without the consent of the interested party except where required by legal
obligations
o We will not transfer personal information to an interested
third party without the affected party’s consent and not before
we ensure the interested third party adheres to the same privacy standards
that we enforce.
o Individuals are entitled to view any of their personal
information obtained by Recruitall by submitting a request in writing
to Recruitall info@recruitall.ca. Upon
receipt of this request, Recruitall will comply within 30 days.
The Ten Privacy Principles:
1. Accountability
Organizations are responsible for the personal information under their
control. An individual must be identified, as the company’s Privacy
Office and Policies and Procedures must be implemented to ensure compliance
with Privacy legislation.
2. Identifying Purposes
The purpose for collecting the personal information must be identified
at the time it is collected. Depending on the sensitivity of the information,
the purpose may be stated either orally or in writing.
3. Consent
Organizations must obtain either implied or express consent to
collect, use of disclose personal information. Records of consent should
be kept on file.
4. Limiting Collection
Organizations are only entitled to collect the information necessary
to fulfill the stated purpose.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
The personal information collected can only be used for the purpose
stated; further uses require additional consent, unless required by law.
6. Accuracy
The information collected must be kept accurate and current to
the point where the stated purpose can be fulfilled.
7. Safeguards
Security safeguards must be implemented as appropriate to the
sensitivity of the information and the Company has an obligation to protect
all personal information.
8. Openness
The company must be open to disclose all information about the
policies, procedures and management practices of any personal information
obtained.
9. Individual Access
Individuals are allowed to access and obtain copies of any personal
information retailed by an Organization and are entitled to know the use
and disclosure of their information. If the company is unable to comply
with a request their reason for refusal must be stated.
10. Challenging Compliance
An individual can challenge the company’s compliance by
filing a complaint with the company’s privacy officer.
